Ascend Performance Materials expands distribution with Channel Prime Alliance de Mexico partnership

Ascend Performance Materials has announced a new partnership with Channel Prime Alliance de Mexico, naming CPA de Mexico as a new distributor of its PA66 Vydyne® product line. Members of both companies’ sales and marketing teams will be available to discuss the collaboration at the Plastimagen Mexico conference November 18-21.

“The $20 billion plastics industry in Mexico is rapidly growing, especially in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and consumer and industrial segments,” said Robert Jacobs, Ascend’s regional sales director for the Americas. “Partnering with Channel Prime Alliance de Mexico to distribute our nylon 66 product line strengthens our ability both to quickly and efficiently serve current customers and to meet the needs of new buyers.”

Ascend has enjoyed a long-standing affiliation with Channel Prime Alliance in the United States, and extending the agreement to include the distributor’s Mexico subsidiary will allow for quick expansion of delivery services to meet the country’s growing demand for nylon 66. CPA de Mexico will provide sales and distribution services as well as technical support for Ascend’s PA66 Vydyne products throughout the country.
