Ascend Performance Materials announces price increases for FlexaTram™-BHM

Ascend Performance Materials announced today a price increase for all grades of its FlexaTram ^™-BHM, due to rising raw material costs and increased demand.

The price increase will take effect Sept. 1, 2018, and includes the following materials and terms:

Materials	Price increase	Terms
FlexaTram-BHM-120 (general purpose grade)	$0.05/Lb.	As contracts allow Non-contract business – price determined on an order-by-order basis
FlexaTram-BHM-150 (low metal grade)	$0.05/Lb.	As contracts allow Non-contract business – price determined on an order-by-order basis
FlexaTram-BHM-170 (ultra-low metal grade)	$0.05/Lb.	As contracts allow Non-contract business – price determined on an order-by-order basis
FlexaTram-BHM-220 (liquid grade)	$0.05/Lb.	As contracts allow Non-contract business – price determined on an order-by-order basis
