Our glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 and 66/6 co-polymer resins are designed for additional structural strength, rigidity, and hydrolysis resistance, especially at elevated temperatures.

We concentrate our efforts on PA66 excellence to give every customer the best experience with our products. In addition to natural and black, our versatile resins and compounds are available in a variety of precolored options. We offer heat stabilization and other custom treatments, so you can expect solid performance from the Vydyne family of resins, even in the most demanding applications. Vydyne® R513H nylon resins are general purpose polyamide, 13% glass fiber reinforced and heat stabilized. They are injection molding grade resins that are lubricated for machine feed, flow and mold release. Vydyne® R513H is a member of a glass reinforced family supplied by Ascend Performance Materials which also includes 33% and 43% glass fiber loadings. These resins provide a range of cost performance products in which tensile strength is increased with the increasing glass fiber loadings.

Vydyne® R525H series resins are hydrolysis resistant, 25% glass fiber, reinforced heat stabilized, nylon 6,6 resin. It is specifically designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures. These products are lubricated for improved machine feed and flow.

Vydyne® R530H nylon resins are general purpose polyamide, heat stabilized, hydrolysis resistant, 30% glass fiber-reinforced resins. It is specifically designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures. This product is also lubricated for improved machine feed and flow.

Vydyne® R530HR is specifically formulated to give superior hydrolysis resistance for demanding automotive cooling systems.

The Vydyne® R533 series of 33% glass fiber-reinforced nylons are general purpose, injection molding grades which are lubricated for good machine feed, flow and mold release.

Vydyne R533 series resins are members of a wide range of glass-reinforced resins supplied by Ascend Performance Materials. Other glass fiber loadings available include 13 percent and 43 percent.

The Vydyne® R533H series of 33% glass fiber reinforced nylons are general purpose, injection molding grades which are lubricated for good machine feed, flow and mold release.

Vydyne® R533H01 is a 33% glass fiber reinforced nylons that is a general purpose, injection molding grade that is lubricated for good machine feed, flow and mold release.

Vydyne® R533T is a translucent 33% glass reinforced heat stabilized Nylon 66 product specifically designed for use in power steering reservoirs and other applications where chemical resistance, whiteness and transmittance are required.

Vydyne R535HT is a 35% glass-filled, heat-stabilized PA66 resin esigned for high-temperature applications

Vydyne® R633 series resins are 33 percent glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6,6 copolymer resins for superior surface appearance. Available in natural, heat stabilized, and heat stabilized black. This injection molding grade resin is lubricated for machine feed and mold release.

Vydyne® R633H01series resins are 33 percent glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6,6 copolymer resins for superior surface appearance. Available in natural, heat stabilized, and heat stabilized black. This injection molding grade resin is lubricated for machine feed and mold release.

Vydyne® R633H05 resins are 33 percent glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6,6 copolymer resins for superior surface appearance. This injection molding grade resin is lubricated for machine feed and mold release.
